This place has amazing views and excellent food. I've been here several times with my wife and it never disappoints. If you are lucky enough to get Carl as your server, your glass will never be empty and your conversations will never be boring. Great personality and an all around great guy! Excellent food. It's a beautiful view. We was there for a women's fellowship Christmas Dinner with LHF Worship Word Fellowship waiter and servers were on point. Good customer service. We were blessed. ❤️

Spent our anniversary here. Good food and a romantic ambiance. Surprised with the mud pie dessert as it was huge 🤣 overall experience is satisfactory. 😍

Absolutely incredible! So much delicious food to choose from. I especially liked the prime rib, Chile Verde, desert s and so much more! Staff were always nice and friendly. This place has an awesome ambiance. Surely be back here.

Like the views on the top. Attended wedding banquet there on the 2nd floor and the night view is so pretty from looking out from the glass window. The buffet style dinner has good food as well. The downstairs is a small bar. At the parking lot, you can view the sunset view on the hill. Very nice venue

My wife and I attended a season ending banquet, so I can not give a restaurant review. The view was 5 star, and while the food was not bad, nothing stood out. The chicken breast was moist, the veggies were well cooked, so the food was fine, just nothing fantastic.

If you are looking for a restaurant with a view, then this is the place for you. They have a great view of the Pomona Valley. The menu is a little limited but what they have is very good and the right size. They have really good prime rib. My wife had the salmon, which was also excellent. We finished off everything on our our plates. The desserts are awesome and each one is good for a couple of people. Also, it's nice to go to a place where people are wearing nicer clothes, not just jeans and a t-shirt like most places now a days.

I visit this lovely spot quite often! This is my favorite place to dine. I go there at least once a month. The meals are fantastic, the staff members are welcoming and the price is good. I like being in this restaurant over a nice lunch.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I love how the service is always excellent and they keep the place neat consistently. Rates are fair and they serve big portions.

Great location for that special night or for any ol’ Tuesday. Server was delightful, food was good, and the atmosphere was definitely there. If you are handicapped or need extra help, there’s a side entrance you can use; otherwise, there are steps.

We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we found this superb place which friends told us about. We passed a delightful experience there with excellent dishes and a professional stuff and an impressive chief cook. We added this venue in our list and we will surely come back very soon. Highly recommended.

Pretty good value, all in all. Location is cool, with nice views. Food is pretty decent and not crazy expensive. I'm trying to think of another similar place for comparison; but I am coming up short. Kind of like a Black Angus - but better. Don't overdo it at the salad bar; the portions are not small.

We went for Sunday Brunch for my husband's birthday with friends. The food was delicious however the crab legs were only being served cold, the bartender was rude and very slow paced, our waitress only checked on twice during our entire visit. I enjoyed the food but doubt I would return due to the poor service received on this day.

I had the salmon here. Most places tend to over cook salmon but it was cooked perfectly here and was flavorful. The views are great and so was the service. Will definitely be back.

I love this place! They prepare high quality meals, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is very experienced, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently good, the attitude towards the visitors is nice. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. I highly recommend it.

Food was ok. The view was great. Service was slow and they added their own gratuity of 18% which is more than I would have given them because service wasn't that great.

Very good steaks! Great views! Casual/rustic atmosphere. If you are in the area looking for some good food, this place won't let you down. A little pricey, but we'll worth it.

Everything was Excellent. Temperature inside just needs to be a little less cold. More room temperature. It was just really chilly for such a beautiful Ambiance.

Had a great time, fulfilled a life goal by going. Use to see the restaurant as a child and always wanted to go (wife). Atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was helpful. No rush, just enjoy the food. It you want a view, ask for a window seat. Got to see a short order omelette maker do some fancy cooking. I'm going to make a mess in the kitchen trying it out. Wet bar for some stronger coffee if you will. Only reason I gave a 4 star; some of the food was bland (eggs, biscuit and gravy) but otherwise the other food was great. We look forward to our next visit.

The food is definitely worth the price. I would recommend not ordering an appetizer unless you're extremely hungry. We ordered the coconut shrimp and it tasted amazing, it was just too much food due to the fact that you get an unlimited soup and salad bar with your entree. My wife and I both ordered the rib eye with bleu cheese crumbles on top and the meat was so tender that it cut like butter.

Enjoyed our Birthday Celebration at the Pomona Valley Mining Restaurant. Services was great. Lots of food choices available. Something for everyone. Unlimited champagne. Nice views. Good place to have brunch.

This place clearly knows how to please their customers. Always with a very nice attitude. The food is reasonably priced, constantly yummy and neat.

I stopped in with a friend on a business trip in the area. First, let's cut to the chase... A fabulous venue with a dramatic view of Pomona and an old coal mine feel that really is fun. We caught happy hour prices on beer and apps which made it affordable for a couple of guys in town from Ohio for work. Nuff said bout that. I would recommend this place for two reasons: the view and the wait staff in the saloon. We were waited on by Eric and Mitchell who were great. They were willing to share their faves, which we also enjoyed. While none of the food was incredible, it was all good. And did I mention the view? The drive up in itself is an adventure. Make sure your car is road worthy before attacking that hill! You don't want to stall out on the way up!!!!! Say hi to Eric from those crazy buckeyes and enjoy the view!

1st visit, very nice place for any type of occasion. Just a little dim for my taste could be a bit more brighter. Menu ok, very decent selection priced very fairly.

We were able to come in without a reservation about half an hour before they opened, and were seated about 10 minutes after they opened for dinner. Their service and food was good, and all the entrees come with access to the salad bar. I cannot wait for date night to be able to return.
